The Arcadia Firebirds basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Holly Grove Christian Eagles to 18 in the Firebirds non-league triumph on Monday.

The Firebirds now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Southampton for a Tri-Rivers game on Wednesday, December 18. Arcadia will confront a Indians team coming off a 61-53 league win over Franklin (Franklin, VA). The Indians record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Holly Grove Christian falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Worcester Prep (Berlin, MD) to confront the Mallards in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The Mallards go into the game with a record of 4-1. Worcester Prep won 45-38 in their recent non-league game against Indian River (Dagsboro, DE)
