Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Brooks Academy of Science & Engineering (San Antonio, TX), 63-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sinton upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Fox Tech (San Antonio, TX) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a record of 4-15. Fox Tech won 70-52 in their recent non-league bout against George West (George West, TX)
