The Jefferson Silver Foxes (El Paso, TX) basketball edged the visiting Cathedral Fighting Irish (El Paso, TX), 57-54 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Silver Foxes now possess a 6-14 record. They play next when they travel to Clint for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Jefferson will play a Lions team coming off a 63-38 non-league loss to Burges (El Paso, TX). The Lions record now stands at 1-13.

With the loss, Cathedral falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Fighting irish travel to El Paso (El Paso, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 20.
