The Empower College Prep Wolf basketball squad (Phoenix, AZ), was crushed 85-54 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Heritage Academy Heroes (Mesa, AZ)

With the victory, Heritage Academy advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Heroes host South Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Griffins in a Canyon Division 3 - Sahuaro battle on Thursday, December 19. The Griffins enter the battle with a record of 5-2. South Pointe lost 67-54 in their recent league battle against East Valley Athletes for Christ (Mesa, AZ)

The Wolf now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maya for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 19. Empower College Prep will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 113-16 non-league loss to Imagine Prep (Surprise, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-6.
