The McMullen County Cowboys defeated the visiting Falls City Beavers basketball squad by a final score of 50-40 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cowboys clash with the Pawnee (Pawnee, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 32 outing, on Friday, December 20. McMullen County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The come into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 84-23 non-league loss to Victoria Cobra HomeSchool (Victoria, TX).
