California High School Basketball - Riverside Prep toppled by Silver Valley

Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Riverside Prep Silver Knights (Oro Grande, CA), 79-62 in a league match.

With the victory, Silver Valley upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA) to face the Sun Devils in a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. The Sun Devils enter the match with a record of 5-5. Apple Valley lost 85-57 in their recent non-league match against Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA)

The Silver Knights now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hesperia Christian for a Cross Valley match on Friday, December 20. Riverside Prep will face a Patriots squad coming off a 54-48 league win over Academy for Academic Excellence (Apple Valley, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-6.
