December 17, 2024: Alamogordo, NM 88310 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) and the host Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM), observed Hobbs's basketball team overwhelm Alamogordo by a score of 66-13.
The Eagles (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Los Lunas trounced Valley (Albuquerque, NM), 74-11, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Alamogordo will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 42-40 non-league loss to Durango (Durango, CO).
