Bridges Prep Buccaneers (Beaufort, SC) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators (Hollywood, SC), 40-19 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Bridges Prep advances its record to 1-6 on the year. The Buccaneers host Memorial Day (Savannah, GA) to face the Matadors in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Matadors enter the match with a record of 7-2. Memorial Day won 38-36 in their recent non-league match against Alleluia Community (Augusta, GA)

The NaviGators now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charleston Math & Science for a A Region 5 match on Friday, January 10. Lowcountry Leadership will face a Riptide squad coming off a 51-22 non-league loss to Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics (North Charleston, SC). The Riptide record now stands at 1-6.
