Alabama High School Basketball - Evangel Christian routs Rocket City

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Evangel Christian Lightning basketball team scored a big 46-21 triumph over the Rocket City Falcons .

The Lightning (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against North River Christian (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Chargers go into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, North River Christian smashed Tuscaloosa Home Educators (Northport, AL), 33-30, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Bluegrass Blazers (Bowling Green, KY) in a Freelance contest, on Saturday, January 4. Rocket City will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record.
