Jefferson Township Falcons (Oak Ridge, NJ) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ), 34-20 in a league match.

With the victory, Jefferson Township advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to Vernon (Vernon, NJ) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 1-0. Vernon won 42-38 in their recent non-league match against Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ)

The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hackettstown for a Northwest Jersey - Freedom match on Thursday, December 19.
