South Carolina High School Basketball - Hemingway ripped by Georgetown
December 18, 2023: Hemingway, SC 29554 The Georgetown Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Hemingway Tigers to 19 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Andrews for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Georgetown will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 47-35 non-league loss to Cane Bay (Summerville, SC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-3.
The Tigers (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lamar (Lamar, SC). The Silver Foxes enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Lamar triumphed over Darlington (Darlington, SC), 45-30, in a non-league contest.
