Washington High School Basketball - Lynden fells Bellevue Christian
December 18, 2024: Clyde Hill, WA 98004 The Lynden Lions basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Bellevue Christian Vikings to 32 in the Lions non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lions now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Ferndale for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Friday, December 20. Lynden will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 59-32 league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Bellevue Christian falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Chimacum (Chimacum, WA) to confront the Cowboys in a 1A Nisqually game on Friday, December 20. The Cowboys go into the game with a record of 1-5. Chimacum lost 70-40 in their recent league game against Annie Wright (Tacoma, WA)
