Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), 49-27 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Churchill County advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Greenwave host North Valleys (Reno, NV) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 6-3. North Valleys won 49-38 in their recent non-league match against Lowry (Winnemucca, NV)

The Vikings now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dayton for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. South Tahoe will face a Dust Devils squad coming off a 58-27 non-league loss to Hug (Reno, NV). The Dust Devils record now stands at 1-5.
