The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) and the host North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC), observed Huss's basketball team overwhelm North Gaston by a score of 62-15.

The Huskies (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Stars come into the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Mountain View Prep was routed by Dreher (Columbia, SC), 47-24, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 26. North Gaston will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 78-44 league win over Statesville (Statesville, NC).
