North Carolina High School Basketball - East Mecklenburg falls to Marvin Ridge

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Marvin Ridge Mavericks basketball team scored a good 67-55 triumph over the East Mecklenburg Eagles.

In their next game, the Mavericks meet the Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 2. Marvin Ridge will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record.

With the defeat, East Mecklenburg moves to 7-3 on the year. The Eagles host Piedmont (Monroe, NC) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Thursday, December 28. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 3-5. Piedmont lost 43-35 in their recent non-league match against Harding University (Charlotte, NC)
