With the victory, Edmondson-Westside advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Red Storm travel to Dunbar (Baltimore, MD) to meet the Poets in a Baltimore City battle on Thursday, January 2. The Poets enter the battle with a record of 5-0. Dunbar won 63-16 in their recent league battle against Patterson (Baltimore, MD)
The Black Knights now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Catholic for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. City College will meet a Burrs squad coming off a 63-61 non-league loss to Friendship Tech Prep Academy (Washington, DC). The Burrs record now stands at 1-4.
