The Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks basketball team scored 88 points and limited the visiting Spirit HomeSchool Warhawks to 23 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mavericks now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Woodside for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Miller School of Albemarle will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 83-38 league win over Menchville (Newport News, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Spirit HomeSchool falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Veritas Collegiate Academy (Chesapeake, VA) to battle the Spartans in a non-league contest on Thursday, January 23. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 9-4.
