The Pocomoke Warriors basketball squad (Pocomoke, MD), was nudged 83-82 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Wicomico Indians (Salisbury, MD)

With the victory, Wicomico advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Indians host Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE) to meet the Riders in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Riders enter the battle with a record of 2-3.

The Warriors now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milford for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 26. Pocomoke will meet a Buccaneers squad coming off a 65-63 non-league loss to Smyrna (Smyrna, DE). The Buccaneers record now stands at 3-2.
