Portage Mustangs (Portage, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host United Lions (Armagh, PA), 70-65 in a league match.

With the victory, Portage upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA) to face the Huskies in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 1-4. Bishop Carroll lost 63-24 in their recent league match against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA)
