The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the DeSoto County Bulldogs (Arcadia, FL) and the host Lake Placid Dragons (Lake Placid, FL), observed DeSoto County's basketball team overwhelm Lake Placid by a score of 55-16.

The Bulldogs (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Manatee (Bradenton, FL). The Hurricanes come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record.

In their next game, the Dragons encounter the Sebring Blue Streaks (Sebring, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 5. Lake Placid will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 35-29 non-league win over Okeechobee (Okeechobee, FL).
