In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Hilton Head Island Seahawks basketball team scored a decisive 48-18 triumph over the Lovett Lions.

In their next game, the Seahawks meet the Sumter Fighting Gamecocks (Sumter, SC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 21. Hilton Head Island will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Fighting Gamecocks enter the match with a 7-4 record after their 39-32 non-league win over Winter Park (Winter Park, FL).
