December 20, 2024: Central Point, OR 97502 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Crater Comets (Central Point, OR) and the visiting Arcata Tigers (Arcata, CA), observed Crater's basketball team overwhelm Arcata by a score of 83-52.
The Comets (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA). The Raging Rhinos come into the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Twelve Bridges trounced University Prep (Redding, CA), 73-58, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 26. Arcata will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 88-83 non-league win over Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA).
