In Friday's non-league test, the Northwood Temple Academy Eagles (Fayetteville, NC) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Elevation Prep Academy Honey Badgers (Charlotte, NC), by a score of 53-34.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 21. Northwood Temple Academy will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 8-5 record after their 66-29 non-league win over Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC).

The Honey Badgers (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Bull City Prep National (Charlotte, NC). The Bulls come into the non-league test with a 4-6 record.
