The Union Tigers (Mount Storm, WV) basketball were winner over the host Paw Paw Pirates (Paw Paw, WV), 83-75 in Friday's league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Petersburg for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Union will play a Vikings team coming off a 63-51 non-league loss to Liberty (Clarksburg, WV). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Paw Paw falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27.
