The Mission College Prep Royals (San Luis Obispo, CA) basketball were winner over the host San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA), 45-28 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Royals now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Thousand Oaks for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. Mission College Prep will play a Lancers team coming off a 61-39 non-league win over San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, San Marcos falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Royals host Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA) to play the Conquistadores in a non-league bout on Friday, January 3.
