Minnesota High School Basketball - Legacy Christian Academy holds off Annandale
December 21, 2023: Andover, MN 55304 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Legacy Christian Academy Lions (Andover, MN) and the visiting Annandale Cardinals (Annandale, MN), saw Legacy Christian Academy's basketball squad hold off Annandale by a tally of 82-76.
With the victory, Legacy Christian Academy improves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Lions host New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. New Life Academy won 70-68 in their recent non-league challenge against Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN) in a AA Section 6 challenge, on Friday, December 29. Annandale will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Silverstreaks come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 72-54 league win over Holdingford (Holdingford, MN).
