The Black Bears now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to De La Salle for a non-league battle on Friday, December 22. Harlan County will battle a Meteors team coming off a 77-64 non-league win over Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY). The Meteors record now stands at 8-3.
The Bears (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Carlisle County beat Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY), 69-63, in a non-league battle.
