The Northwest Jaguars basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Clarksburg Coyotes to 44 in the Jaguars league triumph on Thursday.

The Jaguars now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanham Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 26. Northwest will battle a Lions team coming off a 85-65 non-league win over New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, MD). The Lions record now stands at 5-1.

The Coyotes (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Severna Park (Severna Park, MD). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Severna Park nudged Crofton (Gambrills, MD), 63-40, in a non-league contest.
