The North Miami Beach Chargers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Hialeah Thoroughbreds to 51 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Chargers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stranahan for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. North Miami Beach will battle a Mighty Dragons team coming off a 61-52 non-league win over South Broward (Hollywood, FL). The Mighty Dragons record now stands at 7-2.

The Thoroughbreds (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Atlantic (Port Orange, FL). The Sharks enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Atlantic was nudged by Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL), 57-52, in a non-league contest.
