South Carolina High School Basketball - West Ashley routs Cathedral Academy

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting West Ashley Wildcats basketball team scored a big 73-49 win over the Cathedral Academy Generals.

The Wildcats (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Loudoun Valley was trounced by Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA), 51-45, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Generals battle the Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Cathedral Academy will attempt to better on its 14-4 season record. The Furies come into the test with a 12-3 record after their 77-46 non-league win over Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC).
