The State College Little Lions basketball team (State College, PA), was overwhelmed 63-42 in Friday's league battle with the host Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA)

The Eagles now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waynesboro for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27.

The Little Lions (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA). The Antelopes come into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Avonworth trounced Union Area (New Castle, PA), 91-63, in a non-league battle.
