Kentucky High School Basketball - Harlan County thwarts Oak Ridge
December 26, 2023: Harlan, KY 40831 The Harlan County Black Bears (Harlan, KY) basketball knocked off the visiting Oak Ridge Wildcats (Oak Ridge, TN), 67-57 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Black Bears (12-1) will now prepare for their test against Kell (Marietta, GA). The Longhorns go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Kell notched a victory over Greeneville (Greeneville, TN), 92-42, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 2. Oak Ridge will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 66-46 non-league win over Seymour (Seymour, TN). The Dragons record now stands at 4-6.
