December 26, 2024: Salisbury, MD 21804 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD) and the visiting Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE), observed Bennett's basketball team overcome Laurel by a margin of 64-52.
The Clippers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE). The Golden Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Sussex Central defeated Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE), 76-48, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Cambridge-South Dorchester Vikings (Cambridge, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Laurel will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 72-63 league win over Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD).
