The Liberty Lions basketball squad (Peoria, AZ), was outscored 66-55 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Crespi Celts (Encino, CA)

With the victory, Crespi advances its record to 10-4 on the year. The Celts travel to Dublin (Dublin, CA) to meet the Gaels in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Gaels enter the battle with a record of 11-0. Dublin won 58-35 in their recent non-league battle against Foothill (Pleasanton, CA)

The Lions now own a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Etiwanda for a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. Liberty will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 66-64 non-league loss to Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-5.
