The Abernathy Antelopes basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Montwood Rams to 42 in the Antelopes non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Antelopes now have a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Frenship for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Abernathy will confront a Tigers team coming off a 60-58 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 15-5.

With the loss, Montwood falls to 14-6 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Chapin (El Paso, TX) to confront the Huskies in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 10-9. Chapin won 42-33 in their recent league game against El Paso (El Paso, TX)
