December 26, 2024: Buckley, WA 98321 The White River Hornets (Buckley, WA) basketball edged the visiting Snohomish Panthers (Snohomish, WA), 65-60 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lynden Christian for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. White River will play a Lyncs team coming off a 69-46 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 6-0.
With the loss, Snohomish falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Marysville-Pilchuck (Marysville, WA) to play the Tomahawks in a 2A/3A Wesco bout on Friday, January 3.
