The Fernley Vaqueros were victorious over the visiting Lowry Buckaroos basketball squad by a final score of 64-44 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Vaqueros clash with the Dayton Dust Devils (Dayton, NV) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 28. Fernley will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Dust Devils enter the outing with a 8-1 record after their 60-56 non-league win over Galena (Reno, NV).

The Buckaroos (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Greenwave enter the non-league outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Churchill County ran past Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV), 67-48, in a non-league outing.
