North Carolina High School Basketball - Independence tipped by Lancaster

December 27, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28227

In Friday's non-league test, the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) basketball squad got by the host Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC), by a final score of 70-66.

Next, the Bruins clash with the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 28. Lancaster will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 102-77 non-league win over C.A. Johnson (Columbia, SC).

The Patriots (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Copperheads come into the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Catawba Ridge was nipped by Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC), 68-36, in a non-league test.
