In Friday's non-league contest, the host Rocky River Ravens basketball team scored a good 75-67 triumph over the North Iredell Raiders.

The Ravens (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils go into the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Mooresville topped Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC), 70-55, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 28. North Iredell will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 92-69 non-league loss to Cannon (Concord, NC).
