The Briggs Bruins (Columbus, OH) basketball were winner over the visiting Patriot Prep Academy Eagles (Columbus, OH), 44-31 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Bruins now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Grove City Christian for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 28. Briggs will play a Eagles team coming off a 48-35 league loss to Fisher Catholic (Lancaster, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.
