North Carolina High School Basketball - Salisbury fells Carson

December 27, 2024: China Grove, NC 28023

The Salisbury Hornets basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Carson Cougars to 29 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hornets now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to East Rowan for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Salisbury will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 48-34 non-league win over Central Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Carson falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Central Davidson (Lexington, NC) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 5-5. Central Davidson won 43-40 in their recent non-league game against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)
