The Penns Manor Comets defeated the visiting Central Cambria Red Devils basketball squad by a final score of 49-39 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Comets clash with the West Shamokin Wolves (Rural Valley, PA) in a Heritage outing, on Friday, January 3. Penns Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record.

The Red Devils (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats come into the Laurel Highlands outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Huntingdon was defeated by Southern Huntingdon County (Three Springs, PA), 67-50, in a non-league outing.
