The Central Rockets basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting St. Francis Spartans to 59 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now possess a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to St. Laurence for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Central will confront a Vikings team coming off a 69-40 non-league loss to Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 2-11.

With the loss, St. Francis falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Thornton (Harvey, IL) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28.
