December 27, 2024: Comanche, TX 76442 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Decatur Eagles (Decatur, TX) and the host Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX), observed Decatur's basketball team overwhelm Comanche by a margin of 70-35.
The Eagles (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Panhandle (Panhandle, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last challenge, Panhandle trounced Wheeler (Wheeler, TX), 77-10, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Millsap Bulldogs (Millsap, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Comanche will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-16 record after their 39-28 non-league loss to Garland (Garland, TX).
