The Millsap Bulldogs basketball squad (Millsap, TX), lost 39-28 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Garland Owls (Garland, TX)

With the victory, Garland advances its record to 8-11 on the year. The Owls host Corsicana (Corsicana, TX) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 28. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 10-11. Corsicana lost 51-27 in their recent non-league battle against Lindale (Lindale, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 3-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Comanche for a 3A Region I District 8 battle on Friday, January 3. Millsap will meet a Indians squad coming off a 70-35 non-league loss to Decatur (Decatur, TX). The Indians record now stands at 10-4.
