With the victory, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 9-0 on the year. The Hornets travel to Nixa (Nixa, MO) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 5-1. Nixa won 68-59 in their recent non-league match against Windsor (Windsor, CO)
The Bears now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Verona for a non-league match on Thursday, January 9. Sarcoxie will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 66-62 non-league loss to Spokane (Spokane, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-8.
