December 27, 2024: St. Amant, LA 70774 The Covenant Christian Academy Lions soccer team (Houma, LA), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Friday's non-league match with the host St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA)
With the triumph, St. Amant moves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Gators host Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 7-3. Catholic - N.I. won 5-0 in their recent non-league match against Archbishop Chapelle (Metairie, LA)
The Lions now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverside Academy for a Division IV District 7 match on Friday, January 3. Covenant Christian Academy will meet a Rebels team coming off a 5-0 league win over St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-4.
