The Carolina International Comets basketball team (Concord, NC), was overwhelmed 91-35 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC)

The Vikings now possess a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hough for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 29. Central Cabarrus will confront a Huskies team coming off a 64-59 non-league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 9-3.

The Comets (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Concord was overwhelmed by Hough (Cornelius, NC), 64-59, in a non-league battle.
