Virginia High School Basketball - Falls Church holds off Hylton
December 28, 2022: Falls Church, VA 22042 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Falls Church Jaguars (Falls Church, VA) and the visiting Hylton Bulldogs (Woodbridge, VA), saw Falls Church's basketball squad hold off Hylton by a tally of 50-46.
With the victory, Falls Church improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Annandale (Annandale, VA) to confront the Atoms in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Atoms come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Annandale won 57-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Potomac Senior Panthers (Dumfries, VA) in a Eastern challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Hylton will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 66-53 non-league loss to Downingtown West (Downingtown, PA).
