Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) and the host Whiteville Wolfpack (Whiteville, NC), saw Laney's basketball squad overcome Whiteville by a tally of 63-46.

With the victory, Laney improves its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 29.
